Dr. Rabia Khatun holds a Ph.D. in Economics and brings over 8 years of experience in research , teaching and public policy in academic, research institute and with the Central Government of India. In her previous role as a Consultant with the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, she was responsible for scrutinizing foreign investment proposals across all sectors and played a crucial role in shaping foreign investment in India from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, she was honored to be selected as an IBSA fellow, representing India at the IBSA forum in 2019.
Dr. Rabia Khatun’s research interests are centered on International Trade in Services, particularly financial services, Foreign Direct Investment, Public Finance, Econometrics, and Applied Economics. Her academic career is distinguished by hands-on involvement in various research projects, providing her with substantial experience in analyzing policy-related issues. She is proficient in advanced econometric and data analysis tools such as Eviews, Stata, and R, and has expertise in managing large panel data and resolving associated computational challenges. |

Ms. Radhika Talekar, a highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated educator with a strong passion for quality education and an impressive track record. Achieving the remarkable distinction of AIR 7 in the UPSC CDS examination in 2019, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Throughout her career, Ms. Talekar has accumulated three years of experience in the corporate sector and over four years in the field of teaching. Her teaching portfolio spans undergraduate and postgraduate levels, encompassing Economics courses for students from diverse academic backgrounds in science, commerce, and the arts. Committed to imparting knowledge and fostering innovative pedagogy, she is a facilitator in online training sessions for SVKM's teaching staff. Her proactive involvement in research is evident as she pursues a Ph.D. and holds a record as a published researcher.
Moreover, Ms. Talekar has taken on the role of Principal Investigator in an SVKM-funded Minor Research Project, significantly contributing to the advancement of educational knowledge.
