  3. S.Y.J.C admission form duly filled In & Signed by the student and Parent/guardian with a Passport size Photograph affixed on the form.
  4. 5 Self-addressed envelope with Rs. 5/- stamp affixed.

5.      Please note that the form and the undertaking have to beduly signed by the parent/guardian and the student before seeking admissions.Incomplete forms shall not be accepted.

6.      Student should write their Name, Roll No, Div. , Contact Noand Student ID No on the reverse/back side of the Demand Draft /Pay Order.

Those Girls who were not eligible forfree education in Std XI and had paid full fees, are required to pay Full Feesfor SYJC i.e Rs 1495/-.

Note :

Students who are notable to come personally and take admission during the stipulated days can takeadmission on the basis of the authority letter and with all required documentsnecessary for taking admission on those stipulated days.
